2. What if an item is out of stock?

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and arrange full refund or replacement.

We only purchase items from authentic sources or via the link provided by our customers when they made a custom order.

We know that customers today are smart and can verify the authenticity of a product. We also know that selling counterfeit products is illegal and we do not wish to get into legal trouble.

Shipping Information:

1. When can I receive my package?

Upon receiving your package from Korea, we will check all the items and then confirm them. Pack the order, book the shipment, and provide you with the tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 7-19 working days (from Korea to Malaysia).

2. How do I track my parcel?

Returns & Cancellation:

1. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed by our purchaser, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

2. How do I return/ exchange my order?

We are sorry - We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless we shipped you the wrong item. We encourage you to carefully read the product details prior to ordering.

1. What are the payment methods available?

Transactions can be made using Paypal, Billplz, TnG E-Wallet, Atome, or via credit card. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

2. How do international customers make payments?

PayPal and Visa/Mastercard are currently the only international payment methods available. Contact us if you encounter any difficulty.

No worries, we'll double-check before purchasing and contact you if there're any errors.

3. What items are prohibited?

You can buy most items but you can’t carry suspicious things like drugs, spray, flammable or explosive materials etc.

4. I can't read Korean. How do I purchase?

To make your experience better, we highly encourage you to use a computer.

  2. At the top, click Translate.
  3. Chrome will translate the webpage this one time.
